ANSAmed has a dedicated engineering team to service customers. ANSAmed will send technical teams to travel to your site to assist with new product development or to troubleshoot production issues. We have our own tooling equipment in house ensuring lead times on new designs are completed in weeks. In addition, we have an extensive sample program that assists customers working on design prototypes and new ideas.

Customised Extrusion

ANSAmed have state of the art extrusion equipment. An automatic feedback loop system allows us to maintain constant melt pressure. Our measurement equipment is capable of measuring on line multilayers from 0.00004”(.001 mm) as well as OD, ID, concentricity and ovality. Measurement equipment includes:

• Ultrasonic Wall Thickness with Laser Gauge Dual Axis System which provides a complete picture of the tubes dimensions on line ie. Wall thickness in four locations, concentricity, ovality, outer diameter, internal diameter & SPC data.
• Our Video measurement system allows us to save measurement data images (bmp/jpeg/pdf) of profiles which can be sent directly to you allowing critical prototyping decisions to be made in seconds.
• Burst Pressure, Tensile & Elongation.

The result is high quality extruded tubing with tight tolerances.

All processing is carried out in Class 10,000 and 100,000 Cleanrooms complying with the industry`s highest standards of GMP, ISO 13485 and FDA guidelines
