When Mr. Apostolos Selidis Founded ANTISEL A. SELIDIS BROS S.A. in 1967, his major objective was to provide technical tools for Clinical and Laboratory Professionals, to support them in developing new applications, which brought Science in Greece where it is now.

As a true Entrepreneur, Mr. Selidis became the unsurpassed Pioneer in this field, and ANTISEL became the most preferred name as the Greek Distributor of many of the highest, world wide recognized manufacturers of Scientific Equipment.

Because of ANTISELs commitment to meet the high expectations of its Customers, ANTISEL adapted its infrastructure and personnel, and developed its Quality Assurance and Quality Control System in accordance with the national quality standard EN ISO 9002 / EN 46002.

Thus, the fundaments were built to further expand its activities, and ANTISEL started a co-operation with SUZUKEN CO., LTD, to Market their KENZ Heart Monitoring products.

SUZUKEN CO., LTD. (founded in 1932 as SUZUKI KENZO SHOTEN) started to develop its first innovative medical devices in the early sixties.

In the mid seventies, the KENZ brand name got established as leading in the ECG technology, resulting in being one of the first manufacturers of ECG equipment featuring analysis programs as an integral part of the software being used in the Electrocardiographs.

Responding to the requests of Clinicians, to make long term ECG monitoring more comfortable for their patients, the KENZ-Cardy 301 was the first Holter System of Credit Card size world wide.

Scientific, technical and economical factors for the Medical Professionals, as the components being used for the KENZ equipment allow for reliable and reproducible results without any concern of the age of the unit.

The co-operation between ANTISEL and SUZUKEN/KENZ became the start of a new era in the history of both Organizations. Whilst utilizing the most modern technologies available, ANTISEL left the borders of Greece for what they are, and established ANTISEL Medical to bring the Japanese SUZUKEN/KENZ products to European Users.

Following Mr. Selidis’ Norms and Values, set more than 37 years ago, ANTISEL Medical does not pretend to be the Diagnostic Instrument, but ensures support to the Healthcare Professionals with the Instruments to Diagnose.
