Insumed® 0.3 ml syringes are ideal for administering small doses (up to 30 units of insulin), since the notches on the graduated scale are set further apart than of other capacities, and the numbers are large and easy-to-read.
Insumed® 0.3 ml syringes also have two exclusive features:
- the magnifying lens to magnify the graduated scale and make it easier to read when setting the dosage.
- the graduated scale indicating half units, which is particularly useful in paediatric treatments

From January 2006 the 0.3 ml syringes, as well as with needle 30Gx8mm are also available with the exclusive new Pic Ultrafin 31G needle.

Insupen® pen needles have the exlusive PiC indolor Ultrafin® needle and with their reduced external diameter, thinner walls and special lubricating treatment, Insupen® pen needles guarantee a practically painless injection.
(Compatible with all commercially available insulin pens.)

Insupen® pen needles comply with UNI EN ISO 11608-2:2001 type A and are therefore compatible with all insulin pens complying with this standard.

Available in three versions:
• with a short needle (6 mm), ideal for people with a normal build or for paediatric use.
• with an average length needle (8 mm), ideal for people with a normal build.
• with a long needle (12 mm), ideal for people with thick subcutaneous tissue.

From January 2006 Pic Insupen® offers diabetic patients a complete range of pen needles with different needles 29G, 30G and 31G.

• Triple sharpening for easier penetration and minimum patient discomfort.

• The needle part which perforates the insulin cartridge lid has also been specially treated with an anti-coring process that makes needle insertion in the lid easier and prevents lid fragments from being released into the cartridge.

Elastic fixing bandages are indicated for applying several dressings.

Elastic tubular net bandages are particularly indicated for applying dressings which require frequent changes.
