SEMPERMED DERMA PLUS 10.09.2007
Manufactured with safety in mind
The specially developed dipping process guarantees the production of a surgical glove with a high resistance to tearing and a reliable impermeability.
Quality controls from start to finish
The production process at our factory in Wimpassing, Austria, is monitored by strict quality controls from start to finish. As a result, Sempermed guarantees higher AQL levels than the standard.
Acceptable Quality Level of 1.
A reliable grip
The micro-rough surface ensures excellent sensitivity, a safe grip and good control over surgical instruments, even when wet.
Excellent skin care
In response to the latest research findings, potentially irritating substances are removed from the gloves by a multiple washing process (leaching).
SEMPERMED GREEN M 10.09.2007
Sempermed Green M
with its unique colour reduces the reflections of light during applications in the operating theatre. This new generation of gloves thus is perfectly designed for sensitive procedures which need minimisation of eye-strain as well as a good contrast to organs.
A sure Grip
The ideal combination of strength-to-thickness ratio allows precise fine motor activities as wellm as ideal tactile sense. A micro-roughened surface ensures extra sensitivity in the fingertips for optimum safety in perfect instrument handling, even in a moist environment. This makes the glove an excellent choice for use in ophthalmic, cardiac, micro-vascular and many other delicate operations.
Double Donning
The synthetic lining of the Sempermed Green M gloves makes them easy to don even with moist hands. In particularly difficult situations or with high risk patients, two gloves worn on top of each other provide maximum safety. Recommendation: If you wear different sizes, put on the larger pair first or use gloves of the same size.
SEMPERMED SENSO 10.09.2007
Ideal Tactile Properties
The extra-thin surgical glove Sempermed Senso allows for precise fine motor activities as well as ideal tactile sense. In addition to the ideal tactile sense Sempermed Senso has an even wall thickness, which feels like an almost intangible second skin.
A Sure Grip
A perfect surgical glove must never be slippery. At the same time, instruments must not “stick to the fingers”. With its micro-rough surface texture the Sempermed Senso guarantees a good grip – even in tricky situations.
With intensive research into the practical application in the operating theatre, Sempermed has found a “friction factor” for optimal performance with regard to grip. This factor indicates the friction resistance that is created when the glove film is drawn across a polished metal plate. Some microsurgical operations require an enhanced glove grip: Sempermed Senso fulfills precisely these requirements.
For the Benefit of your Skin
Sempermed has developed its own automated Semperit finishing process, which includes multiple washing of the gloves. As a result, skin-irritating substances resulting from production and the protein content of the natural latex are reduced to an absolute minimum.
SEMPERMED SUPREME 10.09.2007
Inner Coating
A patented synthetic coating. The glove is not powdered, but is leached several times and because it has very low levels of protein and other potential irritants, offers excellent skin compatibility and comfort.
Powder-free
Both staff and patients can rest assured, the glove is completely powder- free, so there is no potential risk from particles in the operating theatre and therefore no danger of patients developing granulomatous formations.
Excellent fit
We use perfectly anatomically designed hand models, and dip these in latex. The moulds, which are designed especially for the production of the Sempermed Supreme, have broad backs of hands and fingers which have a natural curvature to them. This ensures that not only are the gloves comfortable, they are also easier to don.
SEMPERMED SYNTEGRA 10.09.2007
SEMPERMED SYNTEGRA IR 10.09.2007
A New Generation of Gloves
Innovative gloves in the operating theatre: Synthetic polyisoprene (IR). Has the same outstanding physical properties as natural latex: maximum elasticity and tear resistance with low tension.
Latex Allergy Prophylaxis
The Sempermed Syntegra IR glove, made from synthetic polyisoprene, protects doctor and patient: powder-free, free from natural latex and allergenic proteins. This removes the hazard of sensitisation right from the start – especially for atopic persons.
Optimum Safety
The micro-roughened surface offers optimum grip. For perfect instrument handling, even in a moist environment. The ideal combination – innovative material with the tried and tested Sempermed design – for the same quality of grip as natural latex.
Maximum Comfort
The Sempermed Syntegra IR glove is quick and easy to put on in every situation. The soft, elastic material and perfect, fully anatomical fit guarantee a relaxed hand position for less tiring work.
