BlueNight® Oximeter 18.10.2007

BlueNight® Oximeter is a portable system including an oximeter sensor and a PDA (Personal Digital Assistant). Over a night recording, the data collected from the sensor are transmitted in real time to the PDA via wireless communication using BlueTooth® technology.

BlueNight Oximeter provides real-time recording of 3 signals : oxygen saturation in blood, Heart frequency, Pulse wave.

The recorder software developed by SleepInnov Technology, allows performing 2 types of recordings. Using the reader software provided, the data recorded during the examination can be analysed in automatic or manual mode. The results can then be printed out as a customised report.

- Sleep apnoea syndrome: Programming mode (1 to 5 scheduled recordings), combined with a simplicity and accessibility for the patient, make BlueNight Oximeter particularly suitable for ambulatory monitoring, but also in hospital. An automatic analysis of the signals recorded during the sleep allows the report generation in a Word file. This one shows the detailed results of the oxygen fluctuation and autonomic microarousals, which are consequences of respiratory disorders, occurred during the sleep.
